My Student Council usually collects tickets for some portion of each of our events. I decided that we needed something better than the little pails that I usually give the students. I decided to make a ticket jar during lunch today!
I used an old animal cracker jar and cut out two strips of scrapbook paper that would fit over the label.

I used colored stickers and a pre-made scrapbook 5×7 picture border and wrote out the word “tickets,” using the orange scrapbook paper as my background.

Then I just hot glued the two strips of paper around the center of the jar and cut a hole in the top of the jar. Simple, easy, and completed with half of my lunch break left to work on report cards!
