A memoir can be described as a “snapshot of life”. In this month’s writing workshop, we will explore the genre of the personal memoir. Students will learn why it is important to share their own stories with others and strategies for most effectively reflecting on and writing about their lives.We will work together to develop full length memoirs and then to create a short video that highlights their personal discovery.  November 12, 19, 26. 5:00-6:30pm.
