Children remember what they discover. Self-discovery is a powerful tool that lifelong learners use to their advantage. In this week-long camp, our explorers will design and construct a boat to get to the new world! After a realistic and treacherous travel experience, campers will learn about the age of exploration and discover what the early explorers found when they came to America. From ancient history to modern-day investigations, we will discuss famous discoveries and how these have changed our world. Buckle up as we discuss the new age of space exploration and what this exciting new world will bring. Along with historical and scientific discoveries, campers will also discover new friends and interests in this exciting fast-paced camp! August 25-29. 9:00am-12:00pm. Suggested Ages: 5-11.
