Happy Chinese New Year! Did you know that it is the year of the horse and people born in 2014 are expected to be clever, kind to others, cheerful and talented? Come learn all about Chinese New Year traditions and listen to the story reading of Bringing in the New Year written by Grace Lin. We will learn about the Chinese Zodiac and discover what animals marked the years that we were born. Students will make paper Chinese laterns and an adorable horse craft. We will end the night making and eating chocolate dipped fortune cookies! January 31st. 5:00-6:30pm. Ages 5-14. Instructor: Colleen McNamara. $15
