DESCRIPTION

Prepare for takeoff as we explore the world of flight and aerodynamics. Campers will use observation and problem solving skills to design and test out a variety of airplanes. We will learn about famous pilots in history including the Wright Brothers and Amelia Earhart. As we learn about the advancements in technology over the past century, we will discuss the difficulties that pilots faced with manual navigation and participate in an interactive game which will teach us to pay close attention to details. Campers will enjoy aviation related games, stories, crafts and snacks.
