  • Ages 3 – 10
  • Our camps are 3 hours long. Children can come for one day, several days, or a whole week. Campers will sign up for a morning and afternoon camp when seeking a full-day option and bring a lunch to eat in between camps.
  • Be sure to utilize the waitlist feature. We can often get campers off of the waitlist because of our transfer policy!
  • Please bring a backpack (not just a lunch box), water bottle, and snack for each camp.

Registration Tips:

  • To prevent slow downs with our system, we recommend registering for no more than 50 camps at a time. The system has an 80 cart maximum, but speeds decrease after 50. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • If registering for a whole week, you can use the Select All feature.
  • If registering multiple children, we recommend doing them in separate orders. This helps prevent duplicate registrations. If one child is accidentally signed up 2x for the same camp, the registration fee will apply to change it to the correct child because it is considered a new registration. Doing separate transactions per child will help prevent this error.
  • To register for a full day, choose an AM and PM camp. DO NOT pay for Lunch Club. This time is free for campers coming for the whole day! Campers bring a lunch.
  • Click View More Details under each camp title to see every activity that we will complete for each day of camp.
  • You can sort by teacher on the left-hand side.

What Sets Stutelage Apart?

  1. Our staff! We have the most qualified staff of any summer camp in the area! Every camp is taught by a NYS-certified teacher or a certified professional in an educational-related field (ex. a school counselor with classroom experience). Our aides are highly-qualified as well – they are either certified teachers, aides/assistants in a school during the school year, pre-teachers who are close to gaining NYS teaching certification, or individuals who may be in a different field but are amazing with kids! We have a 1:12 adult to camper ratio.
  2. Our flexible schedule. There is no minimum number of camps you have to sign up for. Our schedule works for all families, so feel free to pick and choose camp days that work for you. To sign up for a full day, choose an AM and PM camp.
  3. You get to see EVERYTHING we do! Want to sign up for camp based on the activities you think your child will like best? We publish the four activities we will complete for EACH day of ALL of our 140 camps. When on our registration site, simply click “View More Info” to see exactly what we will do each and every day! Every day also includes snack time (campers bring a nut-free snack) and recess.
  4. Our early bird discounts! We know how expensive everything is these days. That’s why we are one of the few camps in the area that still offer early bird registration discounts. Be sure to take advantage of these deals!

About Stutelage Summer Camps:

Our interactive and engaging summer camps provide campers with unique experiences in which they will be challenged to think critically and encouraged to utilize problem-solving skills in a variety of contexts.  While each camp is based around a particular theme, each includes activities focused on maintaining math and literacy skills, character building, physical and mental exercises, and everything in between.  It is our goal to foster a commitment to life-long learning in all of our Stutelage students!

Our teachers take into consideration the ages and grade levels of the campers to plan activities that will be appropriate for each camper.  Although all campers will be exploring the same topic, some may have differing levels of complexity within activities to best meet their needs.  By differentiating our instruction, our NYS-certified teachers can provide individual attention within a group setting.  Please note that our camps are designed for ages 3-10.

As our teachers are responsible for many students at a time, we do not allow students younger than the age of 3 to participate in camps.  Campers must be able to use the bathroom independently, participate in a school-like setting, and be able to complete basic academic-related tasks such as using scissors and following directions.  We welcome all children to our camps, however, due to the nature of the camp, children must be able to behave appropriately in camp.  We reserve the right to ask a child not to return to camp if their behavior inhibits the learning ability of the rest of the students.

We take great pride in creating an exceptional learning environment and summer experience for all of our campers.  We can’t wait to learn with you this summer!

NEW THIS YEAR:

Immunization records or a letter stating the child is not immunized is required in order for a child to attend camp. This is mandated by the NYS Department of Health which states, “The child’s immunization record must include immunization dates against diphtheria, Haemophilus influenza type B, hepatitis B, measles, mumps, poliomyelitis, rubella, tetanus and varicella (chicken pox). Notation that immunizations are ‘up to date’ or similar language is not acceptable.” Please be sure you have a digital copy to upload at least 30 days in advance of your first session. We will not accept paper copies.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds for camps will be honored until May 31, 2025 with a $5 cancellation fee/day per camp. The registration fee is non-refundable.

TRANSFER POLICY:

– Changes in camp registration can be accommodated with 72 hours notice as long as there are openings in other camps/days to transfer into.  We cannot guarantee that there will be open spots to transfer into. If there are no open spots, a refund will not be given.

– You may transfer to a camp at a different location but the registration fee will apply again.

– Fill out the form at bit.ly/StutelageTransfer with 72 hours notice to transfer.

– We will not be able to make ANY exceptions to this, and cannot make any changes with less than 72 hours notice even for illness (including a positive COVID test) or unexpected conflicts. No refunds will be given.

– Please be absolutely sure that your child can attend camp before registering.

– If your child cannot attend, you may send a different child in their place with adequate notice given to Stutelage (email [email protected] to set this up)
