COVID-19 School Day Camps

Dear Parents,
As of May 19th, NYS has lifted the mask mandate for vaccinated people and has lifted most restrictions on private businesses.  We are updating our COVID protocols. Please take the time to review these changes.
Effective Immediately:
– Our camps are opening to full capacity.
– Masks for children remain optional.
– Our instructors who are fully vaccinated will not be required to wear masks.
– Parents at drop-off and pick-up who are vaccinated may be unmasked on the honor system.
– Parents who are not vaccinated should still wear masks at the door.
– We will no longer take temperatures at the door or require parents to sign in.  Please do not bring your children to camp if they have any COVID symptoms or have been exposed to COVID.
– Hand sanitizing at drop-off, dismissal, and during camp will continue.
– We will still not be allowing parents inside the center this summer to limit the number of people inside.
– Parents will still be required to wait in cars until 5 minutes before the start of camp to reduce the number of people congregating in line.
– We will continue to spend as much time as possible outside at the East Amherst location.
– Our extensive cleaning and sanitizing routines will remain in effect.
Please remember that summer camp cancellations are only accepted until May 31st (with a $2/day cancellation fee). You may always transfer camps with a full 72 hours notice. To make any camp changes, please email [email protected]
Thank you for your support during a tough year for small businesses. We are so grateful for everyone who rallied behind us, and we are ready for the best summer ever!
Thank you!
Miss Colleen
