Colleen McNamara, President & CEO


Colleen McNamara is NYS certified in early childhood, childhood, and special education, as well as literacy. She earned her bachelors and masters degrees from the State University of New York at Geneseo where she was the president of her class for four consecutive years. She is currently finishing her administrative certification at Canisius College and works as a literacy and math specialist at an elementary school in western New York.  Colleen is a dedicated professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who is passionate about leadership, education, and event planning.  Colleen began tutoring because she understands that many students need additional time, along with engaging individualized instruction in order to provide them with the skills necessary to succeed in a highly demanding society.  Since her start, Colleen has grown a highly successful business, Stutelage Innovations, LLC, which offers a unique variety of innovate educational opportunities and community programming.

Tracey Callari, Elementary Tutor


Teaching children has been Tracey’s passion for well over 30 years. She has an associates degree in Early Childhood Education, a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (pre k – 6th grade) and a masters in Curriculum and Instruction. With over ten years of certification, Tracey has gained experience with all grade levels. She has also worked with children and young adults in other areas such as Girl Scouts, as a youth leader, managing a pre-school and as a Sunday School teacher and administrator. Frederick Douglass once said, “It is better to build strong children, than to fix broken men.” Tracey believes this to be true, and she always does her part, with joy and enthusiasm, to make this happen.

Allison Feger, Elementary Tutor, Literacy Specialist


Allison Feger is an elementary school tutor who is passionate about providing children with strategies to help them succeed in the classroom. Allison is NYS certified in early childhood, childhood, and special education, as well as literacy. She received her bachelor’s degree in health sciences from The College at Brockport, and master’s in literacy from Medaille College. Allison’s ability to connect with children and tap into their interests has made her students successful in both a classroom and tutoring environment, and she is always eager to find new ways to help children overcome their learning struggles.

Katelyn Gibson, Childhood and Special Education Tutor


Katelyn Gibson has had many influential teachers. She says that the best teachers were the ones who showed their love for learning. Her goal as a tutor and a teacher is to develop a love for learning in the lives of her students. Katelyn creates her lessons based upon her students’ interests, which assists in content knowledge. Katelyn is NYS certified in Childhood and Special Education (grades 1-6). She received her bachelor’s degree at Niagara University focusing on liberal arts: English, math, history, and a minor in literacy. Katelyn is currently working on her master’s degree at the University at Buffalo in Teaching English as a Second Language and working part time in the Reading Room at Clarence Center Elementary School. She is excited to continue to tutor students in math, social studies, reading and writing to help achieve their highest potential!

Christina Green, Elementary Reading, Writing & Math Tutor


Christina Green is NYS certified in early childhood, childhood & special education (1-6), and Literacy (B-6). She received her bachelors degree from Niagara University and her masters from Medaille College. Christina has nearly 10 years of experience in early childhood settings, and is currently working in a preschool classroom with students with special needs. She also has experience tutoring and teaching literacy skills at the elementary level focused on phonological awareness, oral and receptive language, vocabulary, comprehension and organization. Christina believes in maintaining strong relationships with students and promoting students’ self-confidence by providing them with continuous opportunities to succeed. Her lessons are interactive and are designed to complement individual learning styles and preferences. She is passionate about making learning opportunities fun whenever possible!

Jennifer-Grosjean

Jennifer Grosjean, Spanish Tutor


Jennifer Grosjean is currently a part time high school English as a Second Language (ESL) specialist and part time Spanish teacher. She earned her undergraduate degree from SUNY Fredonia and is certified in elementary education grades 1-9 with a Spanish concentration. She is currently finishing her graduate program at Canisius College, where she will earn a master’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages and Bilingual Education. She has tutored all levels of middle and high school Spanish, as well as adult refugees in English. She enjoys traveling, learning new languages and spending time with family and friends.

Mitch Grosofsky , Math Tutor


Mitchell Grosofsky is a certified NYS Mathematics teacher for grades 7-12. He earned his undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Adolescent Education from Canisius College and is currently pursuing his graduate degree at Buffalo State College. Prior to his current position as a full time geometry teacher at Tapestry Charter School, he has tutored students ranging from middle school to AP Calculus and taught Algebra with Trigonometry in Delaware. He is passionate about outdoor adventure, creating artwork, and learning using strategic games – all of which enhance his classroom experiences.

Molly Mailey, Math Tutor


Molly Mailey is a passionate, experienced , permanently certified secondary math teacher with a multi-faceted background in education, mathematics, English, leadership and office management. She completed her bachelors degree from Wheaton College and her master’s degree in Secondary Education from D’Youville College. She has been successful in teaching and tutoring students of all levels of ability, including high achievers and students with special needs. Molly’s passion for both learning and teaching is evident in her interaction with students and her belief that building relationships is essential in order to provide an atmosphere for learning to take place, including content, study skills and organization.

Jordan Martin, Social Studies Tutor


Jordan Martin is a NYS certified Social Studies teacher for students grades 7-12. Jordan attended Buffalo State College for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Secondary Social Studies Education. He works as a full-time teacher in his sixth year at Cardinal O’Hara High School. Jordan is the Social Studies department chairperson and has also coached various levels of boy’s basketball at both Cardinal O’Hara High School and Christian Central Academy. His passion for history is evident in his instruction and he has a unique ability to relate challenging material to the students’ lives in order to aid in total comprehension.

Kasey McFarren, Math Tutor


Kasey McFarren is NYS certified in Mathematics Education for grades 5-12. She earned her bachelors degree as well as her master’s degree in Foundations of Teaching Math, Science and Technology from Niagara University. She is presently working in the Kenmore-Tonawanda School District. Kasey has been tutoring middle school to college aged students in mathematics for the past six years. Her goal is to make learning mathematics a fun and fulfilling experience for all students!

Kelsey Miosi, Math Tutor


She graduated from the University at Buffalo with her bachelors in Mathematics and minor in Education. Kelsey student taught in a 12th grade classroom at Kenmore East High School and a 7th grade classroom at Pioneer Middle School. Over the past four years, she has been actively tutoring a variety of middle school to college aged students. She is currently working towards her Masters in Special Education and is excited to broaden her experience with new students. With her passion for Mathematics and her desire to enhance the lives of students, she looks forward to her future as a dedicated educator.

Anne Palmiero is NYS certified in Spanish (5-12), Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (K-12), and Bilingual Education. She attended Canisius College for both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Anne currently teaches Elementary Spanish and enjoys working with students of all age groups. Caitlin Reeb, Math Tutor


Caitlin is a NYS Certified Adolescent Mathematics teacher with a bachelors degree in Mathematics. She earned her Masters in Mathematics Education at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Caitlin has experience teaching high-risk and gifted students and has taught algebra, trigonometry, and honors pre-calculus. She currently works at Brierwood Childcare in Lancaster, NY and assists early childhood, as well as childhood students with mathematical concepts and homework during an after-school program. Caitlin believes in constructivism in the teaching of mathematics and is dedicated to helping students build their own knowledge. With her passion for mathematics, Caitlin is excited to work with students and encourage them to be successful with mathematics in the real-world.

Daniel Schwagler, Social Studies Tutor


Daniel Schwagler has his NYS certification in Social Studies Education 7-12, attained his Masters in Social Studies Education in 2012 at Buffalo State College and his bachelor’s degree in History and Adolescent Education in 2009 at SUNY Fredonia. He has past experiences as a tutor and tutor supervisor, working with a diverse group of students at various grade levels. His deep passion for History and Social Studies Ed., as well as his thorough his knowledge of History content helps him to better relate difficult concepts to students with a focus on improving comprehension and generating passion for the subject. His previous work with tutoring literacy skills also provides great benefits to advance students with their writing ability in all subjects including Social Studies.

Katharine Swierczynski, Math Tutor


Katharine Swierczynski is a NYS Professional Certified Teacher in adolescent education with a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics grades 5-12 from Niagara University and a Masters Degree in Special Education from Medaille College. With over 6 years teaching experience at Mount Mercy Academy and summer classes at Canisius High School, Katharine has experience teaching Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2 Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and AP Calculus. After a wonderful career developing Flipped Classroom teaching and being Department chair, Katharine decided to take a break from teaching full-time to spend more time at home with her two young sons, Lucas and Matthew, while tutoring at Stutelage.

Jenna Tatu, Math Tutor


Jenna Tatu is a certified NYS Mathematics teacher for grades 5-9 and a certified Special Education teacher for grades 7-12. She earned her undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Middle School Education from SUNY Fredonia and her graduate degree in Special Education from Medaille College. Currently, she is teaching Special Education Math for 7th and 8th grade at Stanley G. Falk. She has experience tutoring students at the elementary level through the high school level. Jenna loves sharing her joy for math with all of her students and hope they enjoy it as well.

Stacie-Gronski-bio

Stacie Gronski, Administrative Assistant


Stacie Gronski is a NYS certified teacher in early childhood education (birth – 2nd grade). She earned a bachelors degree in early childhood education with a concentration in mathematics, and a masters degree in curriculum and instruction from SUNY Fredonia. She is currently working at an early learning center in Tonawanda, NY as the lead infant teacher. On a daily basis, Stacie works with her children in multiple learning areas, including physical development, creativity, language/listening and communication, and learning from our world activities (using the sights, smells, sounds, tastes, and textures of the things around them). She also has a focused passion for music and spent much of her time at Fredonia thoroughly involved in the music program. Stacie was a teacher’s assistant in multiple African Drumming courses for her last three years at the school, participated in band and chorus programs, and acted as a student leader in the Percussion Guild for her entire college career. Her undergraduate thesis focused on the use of music as a learning tool in a kindergarten classroom in Western New York. She hopes to use her music training and passions in her own kindergarten classroom someday, while teaching KinderMusik courses in the evenings to children of all ages!
